As always, my latest service visit at MB of Hagerstown was great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, my vehicle is serviced promptly,and the accommodations (lounge,restrooms, etc.)are clean and wel was great. Quite honestly, I've looked at other luxury brands (i.e., BMW and Volvo) but the dealership at Hagerstown keeps me coming back to Mercedes. More

Alex Folz always provides excellent communication to let me know what is happening and what I can expect from the work being performed on my car. I was impressed at how quicly they got me in and out when it was time to sign all the papers. I've been to dealerships where that process has taken hours, and it makes me very anxious because I'm missing wor it was time to sign all the papers. Just have to say i buy a lot of used cars, been to a lot of dealers, and yes they are the best. I worked with Barry London, Great guy easy to deal with. In the past 10 years (I believe it was 10 years), we always had very good care from your dealership and will keep coming back. The quality of the Mercedes-Benz goes without saying. Our last car (S320) was 13 years old with over 170K miles. Although I was not initially happy with the trade-in price, the car itself served us very well. We look forward to enjoying the E320 diesel. We've only had the car since Monday (May 30th) and my wife has already stated how she loves it. The clearity of the hands free phone is outstanding. The Blue Tec Diesel is everything we thought it would be and more with power to spare. More
