Reliability and service are of upmost importance to us. The fact that someone from the dealership will pick up our car when it needs to be serviced and provide us with a loaner is really fantastic. Rob was knowledgeable and provided good advice and guidance without being overbearing or demeaning. We really liked him and found him to be genuine. He listened. Likewise, Tony took me through the painful steps of all of the add-ons and options available. Tony was also very knowledge and considerate of our special circumstances. Most importantly he was very timely in responding to our questions (via email) and this was most appreciated. Tony worked through the finances and took care of all the paperwork in an expeditious manner. After we had purchased the car and driven it home (on a temp tag) we realized that we did not have a front license plate bracket. Rob readily said he'd take care of this and they will mount a front bracket when they receive our permanent plates.
