He was patient and thorough in explaining the process, and he always replied to my many questions quite promptly. Then once the transaction was completed, Robert sat in the car with me for quite a while explaining how all the bells and whistles work - no small feat in my new 2023 Mercedes 450 cabriolet, since everything is electronic. Like Puneet, his patience with me was exemplary, and he was expert at handling and explaining all the software and controls. More
