The issue with Lane Keep Assist which Rockin Mercedes could not fix after multiple attempts was identified and fixed by Stockton Mercedes promptly, professionally and is working perfectly. After the last attempt by Rocklin Mercedes to fix Lane Keep Assist, I pointed out the mileage in/mileage out recording on your paperwork show a difference of 1 mile, so my car was not road tested. I brought this to the advisors attention and I feel misled; he stated that the technician says he did road test my car and the mileage must have been entered incorrectly. This is hard to believe since the Lane Keep Assist did not work as soon as I got onto the highway when leaving Rocklin Mercedes. Also a dealership that cannot enter mileage into their own paperwork should be a concern to any consumer, especially a customer buying pre-owned cars.
