Adam Rew needs to familiarize himself on military customers We will not be going back to Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring. They wasted our time due to lack of knowledge about military customers and State Laws. Adam Rew will not give us a loaner car because of an expired license that came with additional documentations. He did not even bother to READ the Military Expiration Endorsement from Alaska. It says there that as long as we have the endorsement card, the license is valid until 90 days after military discharge. We did not have a problem with this at Mercedes of Bethesda when we took our car there for service. ADAM REW needs to do his research and just learn to READ. He needs to get a customer service training because he lacks it. The other workers from this branch is ok - they need to get rid of this guy because he is ruining the branch's name. More

In less than 30 minutes, the wheel well was persecuted and I was in my way. This happens through a team effort, from the time the car is received, my service rep prepares the service, the technician repairs the car and checking out with the cashier. Because of the service I receive each time I visit, I'm glad to return knowing I will and my vehicle will get taken care,of. Thanks to Christian Gonzalez for orchestrating the repair on short notice. Whilst I am a long-time customer of this MB dealership, I have had serice done by other dealerships in the area in the distant past. In terms of customer service and quality of work, this dealership is far superior to others in the area. Tom, Christian and their technicians go out of their way to get the proper work done in time and within budget. They are knowledgeable, kind and friendly, and do their utmost best to satsify picky customers - I am certainly one of them. I expect "Best or Nothing" and this dealership - the service area especially upholds that mantra. So hats off to Tom, Christian and the technical team for continuing to do so over a number of years. TERRIFIC ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE FROM DARRELL FENTON My MB broke down on I-95 North Sunday, May 13. I was able to get it off the road. The lady who answered the assistance button, connected me to MB S My MB broke down on I-95 North Sunday, May 13. I was able to get it off the road. The lady who answered the assistance button, connected me to MB Silver Spring. Darrell Fenton called and said he would be arriving within 30 minutes. He did. When he got out of his truck, he immediately came to my window and held out his hand and introduced himself. Turned out I needed a tow. My car is serviced in Tysons Corner branch, and I needed a rental car because I was on my way to Wilmington, Del. He remembered that Enterprise in Silver Spring, near your dealership was open on Sundays. This was 12;30 and fortunately they closed at 2:00. While he was arranging for a tow truck, I was on the phone with Enterprise reserving a car. He took all my stuff and me to Enterprise dealership. He waited till I was taken care of, by Ryan the manager, and then went onto another call. I felt very comfortable and safe with him. He helped make an unnerving experience easier to handle. My car was successfully towed to Tysons MB and fixed Monday. I needed a new fuel tank. I was very pleased with the service at Enterprise, too, by the way. Ryan was a nice man to deal with. I was on I-95 North by 2:00 p.m. More
