My husband and I wanted to trade in our Benz for a Benz with more seating for our expanding family. We didn’t know what to expect but just went in to see what our options were. Shauntee was our brand speci with more seating for our expanding family. We didn’t know what to expect but just went in to see what our options were. Shauntee was our brand specialist and she truly was a Specialist. She was so patient, educational, kind, and helpful. Her service was top notch. She hustled so well to get our family the vehicle we needed. Shauntee was transparent, gave exceptional advice, and overall truly amazing. I also have to mention Brad, he was loads of fun and even saved us some money. Great team/specialist at this location. Edward was awesome. He kept me abreast on the status of my car. Even though he wasn’t feeling well, he pushed through his pain.
