I have bought 4 Mercedes’ from MBOTW over the years — once CPO and the others new ! My elxieor friend with service is first class particularly with Richard M and Anthony, the service manager. I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable about the cars they service and have never pushed me to have more service done than is absolutely required. Excellent service. Friendly atmosphere, comfortable waiting area, snacks and beverages provided. From the moment I drive into the garage I’m immediately greeted and checked-in. The next stop is a visit with the service rep who goes over in detail why I brought the car in. Windows from the waiting area look into the garage and you’re able to see your car while it’s being inspected and serviced. Service rep always keeps me informed on issues with the car and timing for finishing the work. When everything is done and I’m ready to leave, the car is returned to me straight from the car wash. It’s a great dealership and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. More

Called MBoTW (Juan Renteria) advising of a Check Engine Light on my Sprinter. Juan offered to check it first thing the very next morning.
