Liz Rincon is great, she is makes sure to engage with her customers on a personal level. She is also very professional and knowledgeable in regards to the services recommended for your vehicle, I have never customers on a personal level. I started to service both my MB at this location in August and since then I've been here a few times. Juan R. is the best guy in the shop. He knows cars so well and he can explain to you in detail anyt August and since then I've been here a few times. Juan R. is the best guy in the shop. He knows cars so well and he can explain to you in detail anything that might be wrong or how they work. Good job to the management for recognizing his abilities as a tech. On the other hand, John W. is such a nice guy, who'll go out of his way to make customers happy. Not to forget is also how clean is the whole shop, makes me think sometimes if I can have my meetings scheduled at their coffee corner :) More

I visited purely to look at a car I saw online and found it was the one I wanted therefore, I made the purchase.
