Kriss was very responsive in all aspects of the sales process, from locating the vehicles we needed all the way through the delivery. Joe Drago (General Sales Manager) was outstanding as well and assisted at times to make sure every aspect of the sale was an enjoyable experience, and Paula Alpha was outstanding during the closing process. Richard Metodiev has always provided an outstanding experience in the service department for another vehicle that we previously purchased at MBOTW. Oil Leak and Overall Inspection My son was to receive a 2003 C320 with only ~40K miles from his deceased grandmother. I had the car transported to the dealer to have it checked out My son was to receive a 2003 C320 with only ~40K miles from his deceased grandmother. I had the car transported to the dealer to have it checked out to decide if we wanted to keep it. I informed them that i was told it had a valve cover gasket leak. They inspected the car and informed me the leak was normal. So, I went ahead with a B service and a complete detail. We next had four new tires installed. We presented the car to our son and after driving it the smell of burning oil was so bad inside the cabin that we are disappointed that we had invested that amount in the car. The initial concern that was expressed is still an issue. More
