This was the best car shopping/buying experience I have ever had. Kevin T. Was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and fun to work with. He worked really hard to help me find the right car for me. The car had some issues that needed fixed prior to buying it. The service department did an excellent job on all the items we needed fixed. The financial part went very easily. The experience was great, except I have to take my vehicle in for a recall and the driver seat heated seat not working. I was told the recall was "probably" done by the finance officer, but it was not vehicle in for a recall and the driver seat heated seat not working. I was told the recall was "probably" done by the finance officer, but it was not. The heated seat on the driver side was not working when we bought it, but not noticed until a few days later. These are things that should be checked prior to selling a vehicle. More
