I bought a used vehicle, not a Ford, and had multiple issues within days- these include the sun visors missing screws (actually fell when opened and should’ve been caught before selling, I made note to salesman and he mailed me screws), smell, dirt (was clear when I test drove the car was used as a work car by previous owner) wasn’t fully detailed and I now have an interior light out as well as a front driver parking light. Recently replaced the battery- wasn’t made aware it might be an upcoming issue. Being in Bloomington, not Morton, I have now received a purchase tax fee notice to pay, I feel this should be included in the purchase since all were aware I lived out of town. I also have to buy all new tires, I’ve had the car five months. I think this dealership is really great customer service wise but lacking in the automotive department. Especially if you’re purchasing a traded in vehicle that isn’t Ford. More

The car had some issues that needed fixed prior to buying it. The service department did an excellent job on all the items we needed fixed. The financial part went very easily. Again he was very knowledgeable about my options of warranties and explained them where I could understand exactly what I was purchasing. This is a great dealership to work with when buying a car! The experience was great, except I have to take my vehicle in for a recall and the driver seat heated seat not working. I was told the recall was "probably" done by the finance officer, but it was not vehicle in for a recall and the driver seat heated seat not working. These are things that should be checked prior to selling a vehicle. More
