Sales and finance were easy to work with. The process of taking possession of my new Ford was smooth. Staff at Mike Murphy Ford were friendly and helpful. Drew responded to my cars.com inquiry for our 2016 Grand Caravan. I told him what time I would stop in to see the vehicle and that I was pressed for time.
