From the time I stepped foot on their lot, until the time I drove my new vehicle off the lot, I My experience with Mike Murphy was one for the books! From the time I stepped foot on their lot, until the time I drove my new vehicle off the lot, I was treated with the upmost respect. Fred, my salesman listened to exactly what I wanted and had me in a vehicle in twenty minutes. He is one xxxx of a salesman, as well as a personable human being! He could sell ice to an Eskimo! The team of Fred and Levi Smith (from the finance department) will bring me, and everyone I know to Mike Murphy for vehicles. While wrapping everything up, I was also greeted by Mr. Murphy. This was HUGE for me, as I work in customer service. For the owner of such a large company, to take the time to make sure that I was happy with my experience...just sent me over the top! Ford Fusion Purchase Paul and Levey turned what started out as a horrible situation with another salesman into a positive and smooth experience! We were scheduled to look at car that my husband drove to see. Upon arrival, my husband found out that the car had been loaned out to someone. Since my husband and I work 2 different shifts, the earliest we could look at the car was Friday evening, which happened to be our first salesman's day off, so to accommodate that, we agreed to Saturday. Our first salesman ended up being sick Saturday, so Paul came to the rescue, but had some bad news to deliver. The car we were scheduled to view had been sold out from under us. Paul made things right by showing us a comparable car and made sure the deal that we were getting was made right! Levey Smith made the finance part painless and as easy as could be. Thank you both for taking what started out horrible and turning into something really good. More
