To have met and crossed paths with Sondra Sample, who is absolutely fast, efficient, friendly, thorough and made the financial paperwork work, a smooth experience. Lastly, to have crossed paths with Adan Feliciano, who is extremely tech savy, knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions; he assisted me with setting up the technology part to my new vehicle and taught me everything that I need to know to be able to operate it, in such a short timespan. I can't say enough about her - her knowledge of the product, her patience, promptness in getting back to me, etc. Kathy set me up to meet Jennifer Burke, my salesperson. Jennifer was leaving for her maternity leave., so we had a very brief relationship. Jennifer did my purchase order and listened very carefully to what I was looking for. She patiently answered my many questions that I had, during this process. Not once did I feel abandoned, during my four month wait time for my vehicle. Lindsey Harden called me several times to keep me abreast about the arrival time of my 2022 Honda CR-V Touring. Sondra Sample called me to also update me. Todd Brandt was my Delivery Specialist. He walked me through my new Honda from top to bottom and then some. Todd was friendly, very professional and he certainly knows his stuff. Each and every one, who I've dealt with during this time, has been very knowledgeable, most patient and kind. They, once again, made my buying experience an excellent one. KUDOS! More

Mohawk Honda took my deposit with a financial agreement in place for a 2022 Passport. Awaiting for its arrival, I was called and notified of a jump in price of $225 a month for a LEASE. They claimed the mo in place for a 2022 Passport. Awaiting for its arrival, I was called and notified of a jump in price of $225 a month for a LEASE. They claimed the money factor had increased 600% in 3 weeks. However when I called other dealerships to inquire on current money factor rates on the same vehicle, I was told by numerous other dealerships, that those money factor rates had not been released yet. This was obviously a ploy to get me to increase my payment substantially for their own pockets. Very unprofessional and shady dealership. More
