Amazing experience!! I have been to a lot of dealers and looked at a lot cars. Brian McKenna and the staff at Mohawk Honda - like the commercial says "Really do go out of their way to please you" The test looked at a lot cars. The numbers discussion was simple fast and we'll explained. They found the best options for me. The pickup was so smooth. This is usually the part where suddenly the numbers changed and a negotiation needs to take place. Not at Mohawk Honda - what we discussed is what the final numbers were. Paperwork took 5 minutes to sign. I also have to shout out to Samantha D. She gave me a great overview and explanation of my new vehicles features. She was so patient enduring my questions. I can't say enough good things about my experience!! I'd give you guys 10 stars if I could!!! More

I had the absolute best experience at Mohawk Honda this past week with Ashley D. in service. I arrived at 9 AM for my 170,000 mile check up. I had asked that they take a look at my vehicle as she is gett past week with Ashley D. in service. I arrived at 9 AM for my 170,000 mile check up. I had asked that they take a look at my vehicle as she is getting on in years (2006) but still runs like a top! Unfortunately, they found several things that needed to be fixed. Ashley explained each item to me and advised how long it was going to take. She kept checking back with me and with the mechanic working on my vehicle. I am happy to say everything was taken care of and I felt a definite change in the ride home-for the BETTER!! Ashley also ordered a couple little parts that I needed. Once they were both there I received a call to have it taken care of in two days. I drove in that day and Ashley's smiling face was there to greet me. They fixed my vehicle quickly and I was ready to go. I then asked about another accessory I was thinking about, she found the price, advised me. I gave ok and she ordered it and now I am in great shape. I can't say enough good things about Ashley and Mohawk Honda! Thank you for all the great work that you do!! Keep it up. More

Do yourself a favor--ask for Deanna (Cowles) when you want to buy a new vehicle! She is absolutely superb!! She is--she is patient, knowledgeable, and on a mission to make sure you are happy, happy, ha want to buy a new vehicle! She is absolutely superb!! Jake also took his time and thoroughly explained all of the functions and helped me set up my new vehicle. He never rushed through even though it was late at night, making sure to show me everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. The only hitch during the process was that my payment amount (before warranties) was slightly higher when I went in to sign the papers than what was told to me when we orally made the deal. Overall though, a good experience, and I love my new Pilot! Thank you. More
