LONG POST ALERT UPDATED REVIEW Okay so after reading LONG POST ALERT UPDATED REVIEW Okay so after reading countless reviews, I decided that this was the dealership I wanted to buy a used vehicle from. LONG POST ALERT UPDATED REVIEW Okay so after reading countless reviews, I decided that this was the dealership I wanted to buy a used vehicle from. I purchased a 2018 dodge journey 9 months pregnant I was so happy and the buying experience was painless and super simple. After 1 month my car began to run hot(waterpump issue), It was then towed back to the dealership they were super supportive and nice, they provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired this process took about a week, after I recieved my vehicle back literally less than 2 weeks later my vehicle did the same thing ran hot , so like the first time I took it back and after another week I recieved my vehicle back. After 2 issues with my vehicle overheating I decided I wanted to trade This vehicle out of fear of more futuristic issues, Now here's where it gets odd, So the salesman then told me he would look into other options for me and after several days he tells me that I now have to have a co-signer in order to trade the vehicle they sold me! I didn't need a co-signer buy the car I originally purchased I was then very confused. I am now waiting to hear from them with other options as far as a reliable vehicle goes since I don't have a co-signer. I will update this post in a couple days with a overall outcome, I gave 2 stars because Kim in service did all she could to get my vehicle running BOTH times it overheated and was super supportive and understanding that I was a new mom and needed reliable transportation! This experience has me really on edge but I will update my review in a few days and change the stars as needed! More
