I’m not on a rant about the negative experience I had from the service staff ( not letting me know why the repair Wes taking so long. I did Have an appointment). They performed as instructed I assume. However, the customer waiting area is in need of a ‘fix’ . Good coffee carafes and bottled water is good. No snacks or fruit available in waiting’s room. Very small. Inadequate seating. Multiple staff passing through on their way, I assume, to use toilet facilities. These staff avoided any eye contact with customers. Vending machines in service area. Waiting can/should be a relaxing experience as possible. Comfortable seating. Good visuals on walls. Show off inventory on monitors. Provide access to showroom. Sell a car while customers wait. Charging stations. The waiting area should be very spacious. I come to j’ I’ll from new Bern just to have my Enclave serviced at Moores. I may not in the future. Thanks for your feedback back.
