I went in for a recall and was going to wait while the work was done. If I was there for 20minutes that was a lot. They were very quick and of course the lounge area is always nice and comfortable. I had some new rims put on my Escalade and had a little issue with the tires when I went on vacation. The ride was a little rough and it was triggering advisories to appear from the car’s computer. I called the service manager to let him know what was going on with my tires. He advised me to find the closest dealer to have the car looked at and also stayed involved with the process even though I was at a dealer 1200 miles away. I was able to get the car fixed to make it home safely and then returned to Moore Buick GMC. They checked the whole car out thoroughly and fixed a couple things that got my smooth ride back again. They definitely stand behind their work and took care of things. More

Out of all the cars I have purchased, Moore Buick has always been the easiest to deal with. No hassles, no pushy sales people, just friendly all around. We were looking for a bigger truck and all it took always been the easiest to deal with. No hassles, no pushy sales people, just friendly all around. We were looking for a bigger truck and all it took was a phone call to Juan. Within a day or two Juan called with a vehicle and a great deal and face a fair amount for my trade. This is our 6th vehicle from Moore, (5 from Juan) and probably not the last. We won’t go anywhere else!! More
