My lease was up on my 2018 Cx-9. Fortunately we found Marong-Falmouth. While waiting for the financing department to free up, the owner Matt personally came out to apologize for the wait. We decided to make an appointment and come back another day. That day, again, the owner Matt came out to say hi and again apologize. He even gave us his last Mazda facemask as a thank you😊 Jordan in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. Dishonest in that you bring a car in for something and they will tack on unnecessary extra parts and labor. Then they’ll add an extra charge for shop towels and cleaning the tools.
