Suddenly for no reason our phones started getting messages like…… ‘ Front door unlocked when it wasn’t. Rear doors unlocked when they really weren’t. Rear hatch unlocked when it wasn’t. We’ve gotten these messages probably 100’s of times. We drove down to MotorWorld to meet with Derek Nowak the IT guy. We’re still receiving the bogus messages quite frankly getting tired of them. Joel, along with service writers Mike, Collin, and Helen, were all wonderful to work with, professional, kind, efficient, and accommodating with my work schedule for both drop-off and pick-up. Juan, the technician, provided an excellent video walk-around of my vehicle and clearly explained everything going on with my car, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, after getting home, I realized I had accidentally left my garage door opener and EZ Pass in the loaner vehicle. Helen immediately gathered my items and even stayed at the dealership until I was able to return and retrieve them. The Lexus service team consistently goes above and beyond, and experiences like this remind me exactly why I drive a Lexus and continue to service my vehicle with MotorWorld Lexus.
