Unknown to me the reason for the battery not holding a charge was my fault. Somehow an overhead light was left on, thus the battery was drained. What a drag as we had the car towed from Manistee. The sales department did the work for no charge since the car was under warranty and we were given a new battery. First class service every time! More

I took advantage of the 50% off special on oil changes after 6 pm. I got there at 6:00 and waited and waited for anybody to help me. When someone finally checked me in they told me it would be an hour. Th after 6 pm. I got there at 6:00 and waited and waited for anybody to help me. When someone finally checked me in they told me it would be an hour. There was clearly nobody else there for service. If it were not for the discounted price I probably would not go back. The new car sales people walk by you like you are invisible as you wait. I looked at new cars, but nobody once asked me if I was interested in a new car - nothing. They seem arrogant. More
