Quick and easy!! Brought our 2017 Subaru Outback in for the first oil change and tire rotation, Heather handeled the paperwork and Amanda Solorsano did the work. All was done in about 30 minutes and there was no bill as the first service was free. How can you beat that. More

One thing will drive me away and that is the fly atmosphere once you step foot on the lot. Shadric Hawley was very accomodating and did what he needed to satisfy me. Being in the negotiating business, he hung in there with me. I also want to throw a shout out to Tito, a new young employee who was there to greet, smile and make small talk. And thanks to Tim who helped me one day whern Shadric was off, you were great. Worth the drive out to Muskegon! I didn't expect to purchase a car out there, but I'm glad that I did. I love my new Subaru Forester, and I can't say enough about the personalized attention my family received from our salesperson AnDre' Coffee and his protege Jeremiah. We also had an opportunity to interact with Bill Ferry, who made us feel like a member of the family. AnDre' went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted and the finance guys got us the vehicle at super low price. Thanks for everything! More
