Based on yesterday’s experience, I would rate them as providing poor service. They did not bother to tell me about the front tie rod boots needing to be replaced until after I had paid for a wheel align providing poor service. They did not bother to tell me about the front tie rod boots needing to be replaced until after I had paid for a wheel alignment on my newly installed tires. The advisor just said it was done. Why didn’t he tell me about it? I called him to ask why he didn’t inform me. Today I found out that after the front tie rod boots are replaced the alignment will need to be done again. I don’t know a lot about cars, but I feel taken advantage of. More
