I was approved to buy a 2023 Armada, the “sales manager” Jovani was supposedly going to be helping me due to my special circumstances when I went to visit the dealer my sales person that I was communicating Jovani was supposedly going to be helping me due to my special circumstances when I went to visit the dealer my sales person that I was communicating with was not in, so someone else took care of me while I was there, he found me a better deal in the exact same model by 3k, so I was very pleased, however I had my own financing so I had to wait a couple days to make the purchase, I was i constant communication w them… Friday morning at 8:50 am I receding a text msg from Margaret “ Just to let you know the sale pricing on Armadas has been raised online. The sale pricing is still available to you, Do you want to continue?” Which I say YES several other texts later she asked for other docs, I sent them to her, then once again at 10:37am she said I’m getting paperwork ready see you this afternoon, around 2 pm she writes “ someone sold the SL” then she said I will look for another one, she sent me numbers on it, of course it was more expensive but still was an SL model, then she sends me a video on an SV model … knowing that was not what I was looking for, but still an even more expensive unit…. It seems like we had a deal, she never asked for a “deposit “ to guarantee the sale, she did asked for a deposit to hold it until Saturday and to hold the “promo” but apparently someone else offer more money and that bought their integrity and no one bother in calling me to let me know if this !! More
