I was going out of town, so I put down a deposit to hold it until I got back to Jacksonville. My wife & I went to see the truck today. It had a huge sign in the windshield with my name on it! Within seconds of our arrival, Shane greeted us. I’ve known Karen for 25 years, but met Shane less than a year ago when he helped my 79 year old mother buy a car. He treated her with respect & made sure that she understood every step of the process. That being said, I was instantly comfortable with him. My point is simple. If you want a Chevy, look nowhere else than Karen & Shane at Nimnicht! My wife will be in the market for a vehicle before too long. Trust me, we won’t deal with anybody else, & neither should you! Great while you're buying a car. Then, they don't know you. My initial experience with sales was good. We came to a fair deal and the car was ready and clean at pickup time. Finance went quickly, but put the hard sell on a "Lost Key" insurance. I wasn't sure, but it was late and I was exhausted from driving in the rain for three hours to get there. A few days later, I rethought that expensive key loss policy and after seeing what a replacement key actually cost, I decided to cancel. Instead of driving from Tampa, back to Jacksonville, I called to cancel the policy. The person in charge of that was out. They took my name and number, but I never got a call back. I called back and left my number again. I waited and again, no return call. I called agin with the same results. I wrote the company and got no response from them. If you inore a customer long enough, maybe they will just go away. This is a gimmick that is intended to harvest money from customers. I was disappointed in Nimnicht for this and I would've expected such behavior from a buy here, pay here lot. This is not to say everything about Nimnicht Chevrolet is bad, but there are dealers who won't treat customers this way. Caveat Emptor. (buyer beware) More

WORST Ashley was great, the finance manager didn’t say anything to me. But everything else was nice & easy & pretty great quality. UPDATE: horrible communication skills from all employees. They offer to communicate via text or email per customer request, but not enough. When talking on the phone is hard due to work or personal circumstances, texting or emailing should be efficient for both sides of communication because it is new world technology & everything is digitalized, even at their office. So they should be profound in electronic communication. When there were problems in paperwork, they offered no alternatives. Messages via voicemail & sms text messages sounded threatening & like they accuse someone of being a criminal. Carl, did not explain anything at all. Several times had paperwork done, changed or requested without information regarding what it was. More
