1. Sale person is accomodating at first. Although he is not well verse with the basic features of the car. He does not even know the location of the jack. (Fixed-Steve Baca did a good job) 2.2 The interior foam is poping out. (Not fix) 2.3 The interior was not detailed well, I saw finger prints all over the following day. 2.4 The car is not full tank when endorsed to me. According to sale person the pump is close at night. 3. Customer Service is very good. Although I am very dissapointed with the Cosmetic Quality of the Car. Mr. Kevin Harris response to address the issues are very good. 4. Finance guy was intense at later part of negotiation. 5. Service Advisor response is good during the paint job work. More

The Norm Reeves Honda Superstore is an awesome store. My car buying experience was great, the process was quick and the staff were amazing. However the reason I am writing this review is because recently My car buying experience was great, the process was quick and the staff were amazing. However the reason I am writing this review is because recently I had some issues arise of a finance nature that my sales person Susanna Yim was able to answer for me. I am not writing this simply because she answered some of my questions, but to commend Susanna for her good ethics and customer hospitality. I bought my car six months prior to this review, and Susanna was no longer obligated to answer me back as the sale was already closed and signed. However, after I sent her a text asking some questions, no longer than day later did she respond and answer my questions. This kind of service goes beyond what is asked. During my car purchasing I noticed in Susanna’s office that she was given multiple awards for excellent customer service. I can see why. Susanna is a great car sales person, and I highly recommend her. Thanks Susanna. I love the car. It’s been serving me well. More

The service this time was good. The Service rep was very nice and knowledgeable. The wait was short which good because it was done right before work.
