They were extremely busy when we showed up. We walked around looking at the cars, even acknowledged and informed by a Mazda Sales person who was very friendly. Justin found us a bit later and was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us to test drive an Outback Premium. We met with, I believe, Michael Sparks in going over the whole loan process and warranties. In short, we showed up late Friday afternoon and left Monday late afternoon as a 1st time Subaru Owner. Everyone involved was extremely accommodating. More
