I've had an ongoing issue for almost two years now that the dealership refuses to fix. I'm going to give my full story. Once NBC interviews me, I will contact north pen s competition, Fred beans and ask them to do the warranty repair work that north Penn refuses to complete. Also adding that into the nbc story. If it wouldn't be for erin trotter, I would not be a north penn customer. I have been a loyal customer I believe for fifteen years now and north penn doesn't care.
