A pleasent experience I never heard anybody saying that purchasing a car, in particular a used one, was a nice experience. A very civilized repair shop I planned to spend the day at North Penn Imports this week because my car needed several interventions. I knew it would be several hours, but I didn't hesitate because the service center waiting room is so accommodating. Plenty of desk space where I could work and lots of amenities - water, coffee, wi-fi. Frankly, it's nicer than my office! The staff kept me well-informed and offered me options.
