We made an appointment, we liked the car, test drive, they walk us thru, courteously and efficiently, we brought the car right away. I have a Volkswagen hat from Bill that I needed because we bought a beetle convertible, was so useful, during the trip, he needn't not do that because we are happy with the service, the hat made the rating 6 stars, lol!
