Great price, friendly staff, service department is wonderful I came in to test drive the 2017 Sportwagen 4 motion. We have to turn in our 2011 TDI wagon (love!) and were looking to replace it since we love the I came in to test drive the 2017 Sportwagen 4 motion. We have to turn in our 2011 TDI wagon (love!) and were looking to replace it since we love the size of the car and the service at VW. Brendan was really helpful and took me on a great test drive -- he really let me take control and go where I wanted, not prescribing a set course or trying to sell me on features while I was trying to get a feel for the car. We came back and I said while I wasn't in a rush if they had a car they wanted to make a deal on I'd be willing to make a purchase that day (last day of an incentives period). He talked to his manager and came back with a really great price (which I confirmed later on truecar.com). As a TDI owner he was not pressuring me at all and they even threw in 3 yrs of scheduled service, which VW doesn't offer anymore. I came back that evening and drove away in the car I wanted. PS I cross shopped other dealers, looked at subarus, fords, etc and North Penn VW had the best price and value. PS the service department at North Penn is stellar. To be honest I ever thought I would even consider a VW until my brother took me and said, just drive one and see what you think. And, I couldn't believe how nice it drove and felt very comfortable in it. All the people I dealt with were so friendly and answered all my questions without any hesitation. There was never any pressure to choose VW over Honda. I listened to all the benefits of VW and what I would like about it. And you know, they were right.
