All work done is previewed with a video explaining everything needed to be done. All was completed in due time. Any extra work recommended is included with the video and phone call. This time for some reason they didn't relay that there was a small alignment issue, which I would of had fixed. They said it was minor but they should of told me to make the decision. It never happened before. More
