I had a very disappointing experience with Nick, the sales manager at Northside Lexus. After spending a significant amount of time working with the sales associate and negotiating in good faith, Nick sales manager at Northside Lexus. Throughout the process, he was not present and only appeared at the very end. It was clear he was already aware of the details, yet he chose to act as if he had no knowledge and asked us to repeat everything again. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency and professionalism. When we presented our offer, there was no explanation, no meaningful discussion, and no effort to work toward a mutually agreeable outcome — just a flat “this is our offer.” Even more concerning, his final numbers were worse than what his own sales associate had previously presented. It gave the impression that he was not interested in supporting his team, closing the deal, or earning our business. Negotiation is a process, and at no point did he engage in it constructively. Overall, a very poor customer experience and not what I would expect from a dealership of this reputation. More
