Yesterday, I bought my first Lexus, an RX 350L, from Lisa Scogin at Northside Lexus. This was the best experience buying a car we have ever had. Lisa was very pleasant, kind, and professional. This was the first time we did not haggle over the trade-in or new car price. We agreed on a price in one minute, and the rest of the time was like visiting family. This was the most pleasant, seamless, and stress-free process to buy a new car I have ever had. I will never buy a car anywhere else.
