I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased numerous personal and company vehicles over the years, and working with William at Northside Lexus was by fa experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased numerous personal and company vehicles over the years, and working with William at Northside Lexus was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I’ve had. William was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. The entire process was straightforward and transparent from start to finish. Even the finance department was exceptional. I’ve had plenty of experiences where additional products or fees seem to get slipped into the paperwork at the last minute, but that was absolutely not the case here. Everything was clear, upfront, and exactly as expected. It’s rare to have a dealership experience where every part of the process goes this smoothly.
