I can only rave about the service I received at Northside Lexus, from the moment I first entered the dealership to the day I finally received my beautiful NX350 hybrid. My sales representative Victoria was Lexus, from the moment I first entered the dealership to the day I finally received my beautiful NX350 hybrid. My sales representative Victoria was knowledgeable, helpful and what I found most important never pushy. She explained so many great features in the car I could not remember them all and has continued to provide assistance after the sale. I have a hard time learning new things and something as simple as turning off the car and closing doors, was a problem for me while grocery shopping, a simple call to her and I was saved.
