I had a TERRIBLE car buying experience with Vroom (Don't EVER use them!) I ended up returning the car to them and immediately found what I would call "the PERFECT Lexus" for me online. I reached out to the dealership and was almost immediately contacted by Herb. We exchanged information and within an hour, I was in the process of purchasing my baby. I live in the Austin area, so we weren't able to pick up the car until a week later. When we arrived, the staff greeted my wife and I like family. (Not even knowing that this was our 3rd Lexus) The final paperwork and drive off took less than an hour - and that included a quick test drive. I cannot thank Herb and Caleb enough. They took a nightmare experience (Vroom) and made it into a dream come true (CPO Lexus with all the options I wanted!). THANK YOU GUYS!!! More
