My whole experience at the Northside Lexus Collision Center was the best I have ever experienced. I had bought my daughter a Lexus in El Paso, TX and on the day after I gave it to her, someone had caus Center was the best I have ever experienced. I had bought my daughter a Lexus in El Paso, TX and on the day after I gave it to her, someone had caused some damage to it in an HEB parking lot in the Woodlands. The good news was that was that this individual had left a note with a telephone number and insurance information (who does that these days?). The ball started rolling with Progressive insurance and I took it to the Northside Lexus and Johnnie Torres walked me through the whole process. He helped me with Enterprise rent a car, gave me updates regularly and kept me posted on everything. I was back in El Paso and even though this was long distance at some point, everything went smooth. My daughter was able to pick up the repaired vehicle and return the rental car there at the collision center with no problem. The car looks new again. Kudos to Mr. Torres, the Northside Collision Center, Enterprise Rent a car and Progressive insurance. I'll make sure my daughter takes the Lexus there when it needs service. BTW, they have excellent coffee in their lobby. More
