He presented the vehicle we were interested in, but didn’t really try to sell it. In all honesty, Lexus kinda sells itself. Then I asked how much? After a little (very little) back and forth, we agreed on a price. Now I had researched luxury vehicles for 6 months. I test drove a Cadillac 2 days earlier and over the 6 month period I had test drove numerous vehicles. I wanted the Lexus. I bought my Lexus from Northside Lexus. I am very happy with my vehicle and the price. After my research, I could not believe I got my vehicle for less than my target price. I should probably state that I have decided to move out of the LS series and move to an SUV. I was fairly sure of which one I wanted to go with, but I had to make sure by test driving more than the final choice. (I came in to buy a GX and that is what I left with.) Northside Lexus is a very honest and fair dealership to work with in all aspects of owning Lexus products. Even though it is now considerably farther from my home and your sister dealership is only 6 miles from my home, I will continue to work with Northside specifically because of people like Don Holifield. While I did like the warm and personal feeling of the old location, I suppose I will get accustomed to the new location even though the light coming from the front of the building can be a bit "harsh and glaring". However, I definitely do appreciate newly added functions like the expanded covered vehicle delivery area. The financial closing process with James was much more streamlined and the entire procedure moved really quickly with no bumps. I does help to be pre-qualified I am sure. Over the last 12 years or so I have been dealing with Northside Lexus and the experience has always been very pleasurable. I do realize that Lexus dealerships are held to a much higher standard than others, but I believe Northside Lexus is at the pinnacle of those standards.
