I decided that I wanted to purchase my 2016 Chevrolet Corvette on a Friday, but I couldn't get down to Spring until Monday, and Juan held the vehicle for me and didn't charge a deposit or anything. Very trusting. The car buying process was state of the art and it was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Caleb Vario helped me in Finance and it probably took him 15 minutes to complete all the paperwork with the awesome virtual boards they have. All together, I arrived at the Dealership at 11:15 am and was driving away in my dream car by 12:30 pm. Highly recommended dealership! My wife may be getting a Lexus instead of a Tesla now because of the outstanding experience at Northside Lexus. More

COVID aside, sales and service expectations were not met Our original salesperson was put on furlough after he told us he would get back to us within 24 hours with an estimate of the value of our trade-in. Our original salesperson was put on furlough after he told us he would get back to us within 24 hours with an estimate of the value of our trade-in. It wasn't done. He was furloughed due to COVID, his boss was furloughed and no one followed up. They were advertising heavily, but no one was following up. We eventually called and emailed til we found someone who followed up. Once we bought the car, the interior had dirt and grime on the head visors and doors. Not something we expected. We had purchased/leased 6 cars over the years from NSLX, but this was probably the worst experience we had. We hope they can either choose to manage their workforce or advertise - - you just can't do one without the other. More
