In fact, we own a Volvo, and if we ever have to get body work done, I'm bringing it here. For 30-years I've always heard, you can't get the car washed for 2 weeks (or something of the sort)... Not with Northside. They have a special process where you don't have to wait, the paintjob is good to go and ready to be washed. Lastly, and this is what made my day: Lexus actually detailed my interior while the exterior was what was being worked on. Never before has that happened, that was going the extra mile and much appreciated. Most body shops take care of what they are paid to do and that's it. Not this dealership, they go above and beyond.
