Instead, you wait in plush lounges with free internet, freshly baked cookies, coffee, tea, juices and/or drinks. Or, just relax and watch TV. You literally forget you’re at a dealership. Ben Thomas, service department, always comes to look for me, whether I’m in the car lot, Lounge or walking around to hand deliver my keys. And that’s only for a car wash! Since I’m never there for issues due to Lexus vehicles never breaking down, regular maintenance or car washes are too far and few between. But when I am there, it’s A1 Service! Hiighly recommend Larry Kidd if you’re looking for a preowned certified Lexus and Ben Thomas when you’re in the service department. Both these gentlemen will make your visit a welcoming and relaxing one. More
