Nicholas Makrakis, our sales agent, went above and beyond to find us the best deal for my wife’s car. One time, after I lost Nick’s business card, I called the dealership and ask to be connected to my sales agent. I said, “I forgot his name but I know he’s from Greece”... she could have transferred me to another agent but instead she was very patient to find my Greek sales agent (sorry I forgot her name). Sales people are collaborative to make sure customers are handled and questions are answered. I was rather picky about exterior and interior color combinations and they didn't hesitate to pull around multiple vehicles to insure I made my best choice. The negotiation process seemed fair. The technology assistance was amazing. Finance didn't over sale add-ons but instead presented information clearly and let me reach my decision. I would strongly recommend Northside Lexus! More
