SLIGHTLY DISAPPOINTED I CALL IN JANUARY RE INTEREST RATES CONCERNING PURCHASING MY (ENDED) LEASED CAR, SPOKE WITH MIKE D. HE QUOTED 3.9%. WHEN I SAT DOWN WITH JAMES VU TO C I CALL IN JANUARY RE INTEREST RATES CONCERNING PURCHASING MY (ENDED) LEASED CAR, SPOKE WITH MIKE D. HE QUOTED 3.9%. WHEN I SAT DOWN WITH JAMES VU TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK, I WAS TOLD THAT THE RATE WAS 6.09%, SHOCKED. I TOLD HIM I WAS QUOTED 3.9% BY MIKE. AFTER MIKE INVESTIGATED, HE WAS TOLD THAT THE RATE WAS FOR JANUARY AND CHANGED IN FEBRUARY. I FEEL SOMEWHAT BETRAYED BECAUSE THAT WAS IMPORTANT INFO THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD AT MY INITIAL INQUIRY. IF I HAD BEEN TOLD, I WOULD HAVE STARTED THE PROCESS IN JANUARY. NOW I HAVE TO PAY A HIGHER INTEREST RATE BECAUSE OF SOMEONE'S MISTAKE AT NORTHSIDE LEXUS. I FEEL THAT I STILL SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE QUOTED RATE. I HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN NORTHSIDE AND AS A RESULT, WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ME TO MAKE ANOTHER CAR DECISION, I MAY VISIT ANOTHER DEALER, EVEN THOUGH I AM VERY FOND OF MIKE DRISCOLL AND HAVE THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR HIM. IT WASN'T HIS FAULT, HE WASN'T GIVEN ALL OF THE PERTINENT INFO WHEN HE ASKED THE PERSON IN ACCT DEPT ABOUT THE INTEREST RATE. I FAULT THAT PERSON More

It was early right at opening time but the staff was friendly right from the start. Joe realized that I was a serious buyer and he went right to work, no games just friendly serious business. No pressure, we moved at our pace, he was there to assist in any way possible. We told him we where going to go shop around and he respected our right to do so. When we came back everything went fast and smoothly. They saw the value of the trade-in and the money to be made so they shared a little with us. The finance department went smoothly and the Tech adviser was a delight to work with. Hope our relationship continues this way after the sale. We are off to a good start. More

This is our 3rd Lexus from Northside We have been satisfied with the Lexus and we have been helped by Jason Yeomans each time. Actually, it was because of Jason that we came to the deale We have been satisfied with the Lexus and we have been helped by Jason Yeomans each time. Actually, it was because of Jason that we came to the dealer. We were looking for another certified pre-owned car and the website only had a couple of E350s even listed, so we were not going to go. Only because we knew Jason and liked dealing with him that we go to the dealer. As it turned out, there were multiple E350s and we bought a new 2017 E350. Northside, you need to keep your website up to date and more complete, your competitors had a lot more cars to choose from and I've been tracking this for a while before having time to visit. You're lucky that you have someone like Jason that leaves a great impression. More
