A Great Buying Experience! It had been 9 years since I bought my last car, and I generally don't like the buying experience. But dealing with Northside Lexus has changed that n It had been 9 years since I bought my last car, and I generally don't like the buying experience. But dealing with Northside Lexus has changed that negativity in my mind. Great salesman (Joe Finley) who was not only pleasant and professional but very relaxing and non-assertive in assisting us through the education and decision-making process. That approach worked as I quickly realized, based on his approach, that this is where I wanted to do business! And it continued at a high level throughout the closing, paperwork (yes, unfortunately, that still exits and they have not eliminated it) and delivery process. And even David Trice, General Manager, stops in to make sure all was going smoothly. These folks wrote the book on how car buying should be done! More
