Griffin did an outstanding job of working with me on multiple occasions without the typical pressure tactics of trying to just sell a car. Griffin was very patient and polite and always kept things very multiple occasions without the typical pressure tactics of trying to just sell a car. Griffin was very patient and polite and always kept things very comfortable working thru the process and was a good ambassador for this Audi dealership. He genuinely went the extra mile in trying to fulfill the requests I had outside the purchase price of the vehicle in order to create trust/respect and value. Finally, Griffin went well above expectations by delivering the vehicle to my home at 8:00 pm upon my request in order help meet some difficult time constraints I had. Great work Griffin.
