First impressions, there is only one chance to make one and the team did just that. Micheal Cole was the salesman that helped my wife and I make our purchase. Micheal, in my opinion, is the epitome of how a salesperson should conduct themselves during a sale. He was kind, patient, understanding, and patient with our questions and at times our indecisiveness. He provided us with the right amount of information and encouragement to guide us to the correct decision about our purchase. If he is not already in a leadership position, he should be. Give this man a raise. Anita was very informative and respectful during our technical walkthrough of our vehicle. She was completely professional and patient with all of our questions, and we had a lot of them. She also deserves a promotion. More
