She made me feel like I was the most important person in the room! Talk about a breath of fresh air, it was immediately comfortable and I didn’t feel pressured to buy something just to “get a sale”. She truly listened to my needs! This was my first time ever even looking at a KIA and initially I was there just to see what they were all about. Her knowledge on the vehicles was unmatched.
