Service dept has bad customer service and this isn’t the first time this has happened I called for a loaner vehicle due to my car been there two days and still haven’t been looked at and was hung up on so t first time this has happened I called for a loaner vehicle due to my car been there two days and still haven’t been looked at and was hung up on so they definitely don’t appreciate my business and I came in to let them know how I was treated and wasn’t even acknowledged that they would do anything to Correct this action I really feel like since I’m a woman and of color they feel like they can treat me any kind of way or simply just be rude to me then when I be rude back oh she ghetto and ratchet and that’s definitely not the case and I never complain or write reviews but this here needed to be said and put out there cause like I said this isn’t the first time they have been rude why I came back ugh I don’t even know no one esp them don’t deserve a second chance and the so called manager I guess just said here let me get your keys when i said I wanted my car away from there and didn’t even apologize for how I was treated very bad business and they definitely need some training you have a job to do which you was hired for and every one In that department sucked at it even the lazy asz mechanic walking around doing nothing said thank god when mike gave him my keys and said he didn’t want to work on my car anyway i don’t know what these people have against me I’m harmless and can promise you I never did anything to these people I stopped coming to get my oil changed because I experienced bad service and it’s been almost a year maybe and my car just broke down for a theft system error and I decided to come give them another shot biggest mistake ever I have wasted three days for nothing I feel like my car could have been fixed Rhett is not listed was my service provider and whom hung up on me and mike was whom got my keys for me when I came to complain and get my vehicle and only told me they about to close so I needed to hurry and get my car moved ugh worst customer service experience ever More

During our time on the lot discussing the Chevrolet Silverado selection, Jeff listened to my wants in a vehicle and made recommendations and suggestions based on what I wanted, not based on what he wanted me to purchase. My wife and two children were also with me and even when my children interrupted us a few times, Jeff politely paused while I addressed my children and continued the conversation when I was able to listen. Jeff did not appear to be in a hurry to get back to his desk, nor did he become annoyed at the multitude of questions I had.
