Usually Excellent but Had Two BAD Days. I go back over 25 years with Phil Long since that are as perfect as humanly possible. Please appreciate that these comments relate ONLY to my visits of February 27th and March 1st, 2018. The vehicle was presented for an oil change and a vehicle safety check. The rear brake pads needed replacement. The power steering hose was defective resulting in a gradual loss of fluid. The service advisor stated that neither part was readily available. I was offered a change to wait for two to three house for the parts to be delivered or I could come back again at a later time when the parts would be on-hand. I was told that the parts would both be available the following day, February 28th. Given that I made an appointment for 7am on March 1st, two days later. SURPRISE! Apparently someone forget to order the parts. AMAZING! This is extremely atypical of my over 25 years of experiences with the Phil Long dealership on Wadsworth Boulevard. Hopefully, all will be good from this point forward. More

Ryan is awesome! I went into Phil Long to look at a car that I saw on their website and it was actually located at their CO Springs location! Once I found out it was a I went into Phil Long to look at a car that I saw on their website and it was actually located at their CO Springs location! Once I found out it was at the other location I was ready to leave Ryan offered to have the car brought up for us I said no it wasn't that important as I am not really looking. Then I noticed a jeep on their lot we looked at it and it was out of my price range.......Ryan then asked what I was looking for and I couldn't really say what I was looking for but I knew what I was not looking for :) Ryan then asked if I had looked at the Ford Edge at first I was not interested I wanted a Jeep.........LONG STORY SHORT I am now an owner of a Ford Edge and I LOVE IT! Service I called. You took my Explorer in within the hour and had it fixed in two days after another local dealer delayed for two months with no repair date I called.
