Scheduled Service for Transmission Software Update I had a scheduled appointment at 8:00 am and arrived on time. I "reported in" for my appointment and was told by my advisor that the car repairs would I had a scheduled appointment at 8:00 am and arrived on time. I "reported in" for my appointment and was told by my advisor that the car repairs would be completed that day. I received a call at approximately 3:30pm from my advisor and was told the car was finished and available for pickup. I talked some with Dwane Callaway and the work completed and he encouraged me to drive the vehicle and if problems appears with the transmission, I should call to make further appointments for possible repairs.
