Got what I wanted in the end Spent an entire day making a deal. Lots of 2014 inventory still in stock. Took my time & got what I wanted for my trade and off the sticker. I had to get assistance from another salesman, Johnathan, who was very friendly & motivated to get the deal done. James Lee in finance was very friendly & the paperwork went quickly. My vehicle was marked with a star which denotes hail damage. Most of the damage was repaired but 2 panels still had damage and they agreed to replace them after the sale. A good experience overall. Cheryl not only gave me the best offer, but after hearing my fussy 20 month old over the phone, she offered to bring the car to my home and complete the transaction here. I never had to step foot in a dealership! After a 20 minute test drive, thanks to Cheryl having all the paperwork ready to go, the entire transaction took all of 5 minutes sitting at my kitchen table. This is simply an unheard of level of customer service in a business where customer service is generally quite poor to say the least. It would be impossible to have any better car buying experience.
